Led by company director Rebecca Woolcock, the theatre and events producing and management team has created and management events across the UK, mainland Europe, USA (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago), Asia (Seoul, Daegu, Shanghai), Oceania (Auckland).
Our team is experienced in negotiating rights agreements, securing venues, assembling and manageing creative teams, casting and talent management, budgeting, managing rehearsal processes and managing ongoing productions, including HR and finance management.
Productions are usually scheduled 1-2 years in advance.
Led by Andrew Mills, former General Manager of the Victoria Palace, St Martins and Ambassadors Theatres in the West End, HH specialises in managing commercial venues and creating bespoke public performance spaces.
Their expertise includes concept design and project feasibility, financial projections, lease negotiations, planning and licensing, operational design and subcontrator management (e.g. fire, acoustics, environmental health), procurement, contractor management, operational staffing models, recrutiment, training, launch events and ongoing building management.
Their senior team has operated The Arts Theatre, Immersive|LDN and The Vanguard Camden in London, and in New York: The Stranger and Gatsby's Mansion. They are building a bespoke theatre at Marble Arch while they plan a major refurbishment and remodelling of the Arts Theatre in the West End.
HH's event experience includes creating and managing events at major UK institutions such as the House of Commons, the Savoy Hotel, and various music festivals such as Wilderness and Latitude.
The team has experience of creating high-touch experiences for clients and audiences while managing complex stakeholder relations and operational requirements.
Most events and their details are subject to confidentiality, however highlights include creating and managing the 2019 annual gala for The King's Trust, which King Charles attended, including performances from Simon Callow, Phil Dunster, Nia Coleman and Texas, a bespoke training event for a private client in 2025, which won the 2026 Learning Awards in the External Learning Solution of the Year category, and co-producing and managing the only ever theatrical production to take place inside the Palace of Westminster.
