In 2022 the London Borough of Southwark leased the building to what is now HH Kingswood Ltd, who have a dedicated and hard working team who have renovated and reopened this beautiful building for community use.

Kingswood House changes lives for the better. Through free hot meals, and a creative arts programme for young people, families and the local community on the Kingswood Estate, they work to use the resources of the building to provide a sustainable resource for the community.
